End-User Licence Agreement (EULA)

This End-User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“the User”) and Zin Content, trading name of AB Radford Consulting (“we”, “us”, “our”), governing your use of ZinApp.

By registering for or using ZinApp, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Grant of licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use ZinApp solely for your own personal or professional purposes, subject to the terms of this EULA and our Terms and Conditions.

This licence does not include the right to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the ZinApp software or its source code
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the application
  • Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to any third party
  • Use the service to build a competing product or service

2. Intellectual property

ZinApp, including its design, code, structure, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Zin Content. All rights not expressly granted in this EULA are reserved.

Your Zin content remains your own. You retain full ownership of everything you create within the application. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.

3. Permitted use

ZinApp is licensed for lawful use only. You agree not to use the service to store, distribute, or process any content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful to others.

4. Subscription and access

Access to ZinApp is contingent on maintaining an active paid subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if subscription payments fail or if this EULA is breached.

5. Updates and changes

We may update, modify, or discontinue features of ZinApp at any time. Where changes materially affect your use of the service, we will provide reasonable notice.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

ZinApp is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zin Content shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use ZinApp, including loss of data or loss of profits.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under this EULA shall not exceed the subscription fees you have paid in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

This licence is effective until terminated. We may terminate your licence immediately if you breach any term of this EULA. On termination, you must cease all use of ZinApp.

You may terminate this licence at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing to use the service.

9. Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
