ZinApp is a subscription-based software service that allows you to capture, organise, and manage personal insights (“Zins”). Access to the service is provided on a subscription basis via Stripe.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ZinApp.
ZinApp is a paid subscription service. Subscription fees are charged in advance via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
You retain ownership of all Zins and content you create within ZinApp. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not use your content for any other purpose, including training AI models or sharing with third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZinApp is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, or indirect damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the app. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
